We are looking for a Competence Lead / Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant to join a team that delivers end-to-end ERP implementations, with a particular focus on the financial and accounting modules. You will play a crucial role in managing a team of experts while guiding clients through their digital journey, from initial business analysis to system configuration, testing, and go-live. This is an opportunity to work with diverse clients and lead complex projects within an organisation that values professionalism, continuous learning, and a collaborative work environment.

Resposibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Dynamics 365 consultants, providing guidance on best practices and project methodologies.

  • Serve as a senior consultant on key projects, specialising in the financial modules of Dynamics 365 F&O.

  • Conduct in-depth business process analysis and requirements gathering, translating client needs into effective technical and functional solutions.

  • Design and implement tailored solutions using Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring alignment with project goals and financial regulations.

  • Prepare and deliver functional documentation, including solution design, gap-fit analysis, and user guides.

  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, working closely with project managers and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing expert advice throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Contribute to business development activities, including pre-sales, solution demonstrations, and proposal writing.

Requirments
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, with a strong focus on the Finance and Operations modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets).

  • Proven track record of successfully leading a team of consultants and managing complex ERP projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of financial processes and best practices within various industries.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Fluent command of English, both spoken and written.

  • Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 F&O are highly desirable.

  • Experience with other Microsoft technologies and solutions is a plus.
