As a Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 Consultant, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing post-implementation support for financial and accounting systems. This is a crucial role within their Managed Services department, where you will ensure the stability and functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for clients across various industries. Your work will directly impact their ability to operate smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.
Resposibilities
Provide expert post-implementation support for Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 financial and accounting modules.
Analyse and resolve reported issues, bugs, and data inconsistencies in a timely manner.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions, including system configuration and customisation.
Document technical and functional changes, solutions, and best practices.
Conduct internal testing of new features, fixes, and system updates.
Act as a key liaison between clients and the development team, ensuring clear communication and smooth issue resolution.
Participate in client meetings and workshops to provide technical guidance and support.
Requirments
Proven experience as a Consultant or Support Specialist for Microsoft Dynamics AX/365, with a strong focus on the Finance and Operations (F&O) module.
In-depth knowledge of financial and accounting processes and functionalities within Dynamics 365, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Polish and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
