Resposibilities
  • Coordinate a cross-functional, international team and ensure the delivery of a market-leading service offering. 

  • Lead the enhancement, optimisation, and strategic positioning of services in analytical and data-driven business areas. 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to international and national clients in the FMCG sector, including on-site visits across Europe. 

  • Manage international projects related to the rollout of new or existing services. 

  • Support international sales and marketing activities and collaborate with regional business units.

Requirments
  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field. 

  • Professional experience in retail, consumer goods, or service-oriented companies - ideally within strategic purchasing, category management, key account management, supplier management, or product information management. 

  • Strong commercial mindset, structured, self-driven work style, and analytical capabilities. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organisational levels. 

  • Excellent German and strong English skills; additional languages are beneficial. 

  • Experience working in agile development environments and in virtual, cross-location teams. 

  • Willingness to travel within Europe (approx. 20–30%).
