Our Client is a prominent technology consultancy and a leading partner in the Microsoft ecosystem, specialising in delivering high-end digital transformation solutions. They are recognised for implementing complex ERP systems for large-scale enterprises across various sectors in Poland and abroad. They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, Agile environment, utilising Azure DevOps to drive the success of critical business initiatives.
Resposibilities
End-to-End Project Management: Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale ERP implementation projects (specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations), ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Agile & Methodological Leadership: Manage project execution using Agile methodology, while effectively adapting to Waterfall requirements when necessary.
Resource & Tool Management: Utilise Azure DevOps as the primary tool for project tracking and management. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery.
Financial & Risk Control: Take full ownership of project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. Proactively identify, analyse, and mitigate project risks.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining transparent communication and managing expectations through effective negotiation and decision-making.
Process Optimisation: Oversee the implementation of complex business processes within large organisations, ensuring the solution meets specific client needs.
Requirments
Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of leading complex ERP implementation projects within the Polish market.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of ERP systems. Specific experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations or Business Central) is highly preferred and considered a significant asset.
Methodology: proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to tailor the approach to the specific nature of the project and client environment.
Tool Proficiency: Advanced skills in project management tools, specifically Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Jira.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, decisiveness, and the ability to foster open and effective communication within the team and with external clients.
Language Skills: Fluent proficiency in both Polish and English (C1 level is mandatory).
