Our Client is a premier SAP Partner and a recognised market leader in Saudi Arabia, renowned for delivering top-tier digital transformation projects. As a key player in the region with profound expertise in the SAP ecosystem, the company serves as a strategic partner to over 500 entities, including major Saudi governmental organisations and multinational corporations. Their Digital Solutions division is at the forefront of innovation, pioneering the use of Generative AI, IoT, and Big Data. They are currently seeking a forward-thinking expert to lead innovation initiatives using the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), acting as a trusted technology advisor to clients aiming to modernise their IT landscapes.
Resposibilities
Drive Innovation & Clean Core Strategy: Lead the design and delivery of innovative cloud solutions, advising clients on "Clean Core" principles by decoupling customizations from the ERP using SAP BTP.
End-to-End Project Delivery: Independently manage development and integration streams, overseeing the full lifecycle of cloud applications from design to deployment.
Solution Architecture: Design robust integration and extension architectures, utilizing SAP Integration Suite and SAP Extension Suite to connect hybrid landscapes (On-premise/Cloud).
Development & Configuration: Hands-on implementation of side-by-side extensions using CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model), or SAP Fiori/UI5. Configure global flows within SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
Automation & Low-Code: Leverage SAP Build (Process Automation, Apps) to streamline client business processes and reduce manual effort.
Mentoring: Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and support for the professional development of Junior and Mid-level developers within the team.
Presales Support: Actively participate in the sales process by building Proof of Concepts (POCs), preparing technical proposals, and demonstrating the capabilities of SAP BTP to potential clients.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client technical stakeholders (Enterprise Architects, CTOs, IT Directors).
Requirments
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in SAP Cloud development and integration, preferably within a consulting or partner environment.
Technical Expertise: Expert knowledge of SAP BTP services, specifically SAP Integration Suite (CPI/Cloud Integration) and SAP Extension Suite. Proficiency in Java, Node.js, or ABAP Cloud is essential.
Certifications: Valid SAP BTP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP BTP or Integration Suite) are required.
Language Skills: Fluent English (C1 level) is mandatory for effective communication in an international setting. Knowledge of Arabic is a significant asset.
Business Acumen: Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and the ability to translate business problems into cloud-native technical solutions.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creativity in solution design, and the capacity to work effectively under time pressure.
Preferred Skills (Nice to have):
Experience with SAP Build (Low-code/No-code tools).
Knowledge of SAP AI Core / Generative AI services on BTP.
Familiarity with SAP Datasphere or SAP Analytics Cloud.
Experience in Team Leadership.
