Our Client is a renowned Swiss technology group and a leading global manufacturer and innovator of high-quality electronic components. The company specialises in ensuring safe power supply and ease of use in diverse applications, serving critical industries such as medical equipment, automotive, industrial automation, data communications, and aerospace.

With a legacy of engineering excellence and a strong presence in international markets, the organisation is currently establishing a new Shared Service Centre in Poland. This strategic move aims to centralise operations and drive digital transformation across the group. We are seeking an experienced professional to join this newly formed structure, offering a unique opportunity to shape the HR IT landscape and support the company's transition to next-generation HR solutions.

Resposibilities
  • Lead the analysis of complex business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable SAP HR/HCM system solutions.

  • Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of core SAP modules, specifically Personnel Administration (PA), Organisational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll (PY).

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding the migration roadmap from on-premise SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors, contributing to solution design and implementation planning.

  • Ensure high integrity of HR master data and oversee the compliance of HR processes with internal standards and local labour regulations.

  • Provide third-line functional support, resolve system incidents, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure business continuity.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including system updates, process automation, and enhancements in HR reporting (using SAP Query/ABAP-based tools).

  • Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, configuration specifications, and user guides.

  • Conduct training sessions and provide expert guidance to HR Business Partners and end-users to maximise system utilisation.

  • Collaborate effectively with global HR and IT teams, as well as external vendors, to deliver cross-border projects.

Requirments
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the configuration and support of SAP HR/HCM (ECC on-premise).

  • Implementation: Proven track record of at least one full-cycle SAP HR implementation project.

  • Domain Knowledge: Profound understanding of HR processes, including Payroll, Time Management, and Organisational Management.

  • Technical Skills:
    Strong knowledge of SAP HCM integration points (e.g., with FI/CO, PP/PE, MM).
    Experience with HR reporting tools (SAP Query, Ad-hoc query).
    Understanding of authorisations, GDPR/data privacy regulations, and system security.

  • SuccessFactors: Previous exposure to SAP SuccessFactors (implementation, integration, or data migration) is highly desirable and considered a strong asset.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical capabilities with a structured, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German would be a significant advantage.
