Our Client is a premier SAP Partner and a recognised market leader in Saudi Arabia, renowned for delivering top-tier digital transformation projects. As a key player in the region with profound expertise in the SAP ecosystem, the company serves as a strategic partner to over 500 entities, including major Saudi governmental organisations and multinational corporations. Their Digital Solutions division is at the forefront of innovation, combining robust SAP capabilities with advanced technologies. They are currently looking for an experienced consultant to drive supply chain modernisation, acting as a trusted business advisor to clients, optimising their logistics and procurement processes.
Resposibilities
Drive Supply Chain Transformation: Lead complex logistics and procurement transformation projects for key local and international clients, moving beyond technical setup to provide strategic advice on Supply Chain best practices.
End-to-End Project Delivery: Independently manage project streams or oversee full-cycle SAP MM implementations (S/4HANA), ensuring successful delivery from kickoff to go-live.
Analysis & Workshops: Conduct "Fit-to-Standard" workshops with client stakeholders, gathering business requirements and effectively mapping them to SAP S/4HANA functionalities.
Solution Architecture: Design comprehensive logistics solutions, ensuring seamless integration between SAP MM and other core modules (SD, FI/CO, PP, PM) as well as external systems (WMS, Ariba).
Configuration & Testing: Perform advanced configuration of Materials Management (Purchasing, Inventory Management, LIV, Master Data), prepare detailed test scenarios, and supervise User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Mentoring: Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and support for the professional development of Junior and Mid-level consultants within the team.
Presales Support: Actively participate in the sales process by preparing technical proposals, conducting system demonstrations (S/4HANA capabilities) for prospective clients, and estimating project workload.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., Logistics Managers, Supply Chain Directors, Purchasing Heads).
Requirments
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP MM, preferably within a consulting or partner environment.
Module Expertise: Deep expertise in SAP MM (Procurement, Inventory Management, Valuation, Logistics Invoice Verification) and Master Data Governance. Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement is essential.
Certifications: Valid SAP certifications (S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement or ERP MM) are required.
Language Skills: Fluent English (C1 level) is mandatory for effective communication in an international setting. Knowledge of Arabic is a significant asset.
Business Acumen: Solid understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and general supply chain logistics.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent presentation abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under time pressure.
Preferred Skills (Nice to have):
Knowledge of integration with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) or SAP Ariba.
Cross-functional knowledge of SAP SD or PP.
Basic debugging skills (ABAP) to support technical analysis.
Experience in Team Leadership.
