Resposibilities
End-to-end Project Delivery: Leading and executing full-cycle SAP implementation projects, with a particular focus on transitioning clients to S/4HANA environments.
System Configuration and Design: Translating complex business requirements into functional technical specifications and performing system configurations within the PP (Production Planning) and PM (Plant Maintenance) modules.
Stakeholder Consultancy: Conducting professional workshops for international business partners to identify needs and propose optimal architectural solutions.
Integration Oversight: Ensuring seamless integration between PP/PM modules and related areas such as MM, CO, QM, and SD to maintain data integrity and process efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Preparing comprehensive technical documentation and conducting functional testing to ensure the highest quality of delivered solutions.
Technical Support: Providing expert-level support and troubleshooting for existing systems, ensuring business continuity for global clients.
Requirments
Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP consultancy or support, specifically focusing on the SAP PP or SAP PM modules.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of business processes in production planning or maintenance management, including experience with S/4HANA (preferred) or ECC.
Integration Knowledge: A solid understanding of how PP/PM modules interface with other SAP components (specifically, Material Management and Controlling).
Language Skills: Proficiency in English (minimum B2/C1 level), enabling effective communication in an international business environment. Polish - native
Soft Skills: Highly developed analytical thinking, independence in problem-solving, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Mobility: Readiness to travel for business purposes as required by project milestones.
