Resposibilities
  • Oversee and manage a dedicated team of SAP specialists, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional growth.

  • Maintain a balanced focus between people management (approx. 50%) and active project participation (approx. 50%).

  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes, including mentoring and buddy systems for new team members.

  • Develop and monitor the team budget, including growth initiatives, bonuses, and resource planning.

  • Facilitate regular team meetings, provide constructive feedback, and define career development paths.

  • Monitor industry trends and SAP product roadmaps, particularly in production, quality control, and advanced planning.

  • Support sales processes through presales activities, client presentations, and scope negotiations.

Requirments
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP Consulting, specifically within PP, QM, PM, or PP-DS modules.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and build a high-performing team.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

  • Analytical mindset with strong organisational and resource planning capabilities.

  • Knowledge of labour law basics and experience in time-reporting systems management.

  • Advanced planning experience using SAP tools and a background in presales is considered a significant asset.
