Resposibilities
Oversee and manage a dedicated team of SAP specialists, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional growth.
Maintain a balanced focus between people management (approx. 50%) and active project participation (approx. 50%).
Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes, including mentoring and buddy systems for new team members.
Develop and monitor the team budget, including growth initiatives, bonuses, and resource planning.
Facilitate regular team meetings, provide constructive feedback, and define career development paths.
Monitor industry trends and SAP product roadmaps, particularly in production, quality control, and advanced planning.
Support sales processes through presales activities, client presentations, and scope negotiations.
Requirments
At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP Consulting, specifically within PP, QM, PM, or PP-DS modules.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and build a high-performing team.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Analytical mindset with strong organisational and resource planning capabilities.
Knowledge of labour law basics and experience in time-reporting systems management.
Advanced planning experience using SAP tools and a background in presales is considered a significant asset.
