Our Client is a premier SAP Partner and a recognised market leader in Saudi Arabia, renowned for delivering top-tier digital transformation projects. As a key player in the region with profound expertise in the SAP ecosystem, the company serves as a strategic partner to over 500 entities, including major Saudi governmental organisations and multinational corporations. Their Digital Solutions division is at the forefront of innovation, combining robust SAP capabilities with advanced technologies. They are currently seeking an expert who will not merely implement systems but will act as a trusted business advisor, guiding key clients through complex HR digital transformations.

Resposibilities
  • Drive Digital HR Transformation: Play a pivotal role in leading digital HR transformation projects for key local and international clients, acting as a trusted business advisor rather than just a technical implementer.

  • End-to-End Project Delivery: Independently manage project streams or lead full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.

  • Analysis & Workshops: Conduct "Fit-to-Standard" workshops with clients, gathering business requirements and effectively mapping them to system functionalities.

  • Solution Architecture: Design complex solution architectures that integrate SuccessFactors with other systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, payroll systems, and external third-party applications).

  • Configuration & Testing: Perform advanced configuration of selected modules, prepare comprehensive test scenarios, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Mentoring: Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to support the development of Junior and Mid-level consultants within the team.

  • Presales Support: Actively participate in the sales process by preparing proposals, conducting system demos for potential clients, and estimating project workload.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, such as HR Directors and IT Managers.

Requirments
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, preferably within a consulting or partner environment.

  • Module Expertise: Expert knowledge of Employee Central (EC) and at least one Talent module (e.g., PMGM, LMS, RCM, ONB, Compensation).

  • Certifications: Valid SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Associate or Professional level) are required.

  • Language Skills: Fluent English (C1 level) is mandatory for working in an international environment. Knowledge of Arabic would be considered an asset.

  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of HR/payroll processes and the employee lifecycle within an organisation.

  • Soft Skills: Highly developed communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively under time pressure.

  • Preferred Skills (Nice to have):
    Knowledge of integration topics (SAP CPI, IPS/IAS).
    Experience with SAP HCM (On-Premise) – valuable for migration projects.
    Experience in Team Leadership.
