For our Client, a leading international IT Consulting firm and SAP Gold Partner, we are seeking a dedicated professional to join their Human Experience Management (HXM) practice.
Our Client specializes in executing complex business transformation projects and advanced system implementations, leveraging the power of SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and cutting-edge cloud solutions. They serve a global clientele, predominantly within the Automotive sector and other large-scale industries, driving digital change, enhancing efficiency, and delivering competitive advantage through specialized IT expertise.

Resposibilities
As an SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and actively participating in full-cycle implementation projects of SAP SuccessFactors for international Clients.
Performing comprehensive system configuration, customization, and deployment of the Employee Central (EC) module to meet specific business and HR requirements.
Providing expert consultation and active support during the system go-live, post-go-live stabilization, and ongoing maintenance phases.
Driving the continuous development and optimization of implemented HXM solutions, ensuring they align with industry best practices.
Contributing to the expansion of system functionality through seamless integration with other SAP and external HR/IT systems.
Effectively conducting client workshops, delivering professional training, and managing stakeholder communication to ensure successful knowledge transfer.
Requirments
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
Proven, hands-on involvement in at least one (1) full implementation cycle centered on the Employee Central (EC) module.
Strong practical knowledge of configuration and integration principles across various SAP SuccessFactors modules.
In-depth understanding of core HR processes and personnel administration concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
Demonstrated proficiency in client relationship management, leading workshops, and providing user training.
Fluent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Polish and English (minimum C1 level) is mandatory.
Highly Valued Assets:
Experience acting as a Lead Consultant on previous SAP SuccessFactors projects.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA implementation processes.
Familiarity with additional SAP SuccessFactors modules or the SAP Cloud Platform.
Possession of relevant SAP SuccessFactors Certifications.
Proficiency in the German language.
