Resposibilities
Leading and managing the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll modules for diverse international clients.
Conducting workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse existing HR processes, and propose optimal system solutions.
Performing complex system configurations and customising the solution to meet specific client needs, ensuring compliance with local legal regulations.
Overseeing data migration processes and ensuring seamless integration between SAP SuccessFactors EC and other third-party systems.
Providing post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and advising clients on system optimisations and best practices.
Creating comprehensive functional documentation and delivering user training to ensure smooth system adoption.
Requirments
Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation projects, specifically within the SuccessFactors EC Payroll area.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP HCM Payroll processes and proven expertise in configuring Employee Central Payroll.
Project History: Participation in at least one full-cycle implementation as a Lead Consultant and involvement in several others as a task consultant.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Excellent communication skills for client-facing activities.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (C1 minimum) is mandatory for daily communication in an international environment. Knowledge of German would be a significant asset.
Certifications: Valid SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable.
