Resposibilities
  • Leading and managing the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll modules for diverse international clients.

  • Conducting workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse existing HR processes, and propose optimal system solutions.

  • Performing complex system configurations and customising the solution to meet specific client needs, ensuring compliance with local legal regulations.

  • Overseeing data migration processes and ensuring seamless integration between SAP SuccessFactors EC and other third-party systems.

  • Providing post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and advising clients on system optimisations and best practices.

  • Creating comprehensive functional documentation and delivering user training to ensure smooth system adoption.

Requirments
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation projects, specifically within the SuccessFactors EC Payroll area.

  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP HCM Payroll processes and proven expertise in configuring Employee Central Payroll.

  • Project History: Participation in at least one full-cycle implementation as a Lead Consultant and involvement in several others as a task consultant.

  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Excellent communication skills for client-facing activities.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (C1 minimum) is mandatory for daily communication in an international environment. Knowledge of German would be a significant asset.

  • Certifications: Valid SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable.
