Our Client is a high-growth, RegTech platform that is transforming how companies manage and streamline critical business and sustainability reporting processes. Founded and led by two Harvard MBAs with backgrounds at McKinsey and in Private Equity, the company has achieved product-market fit and is in a hyper-growth phase. Their mission is to make sustainability data actionable, enabling organisations to navigate complex regulatory requirements, enhance operational efficiency, and drive measurable impact. You will be joining a lean, senior, and fast-moving tech team that values pragmatism, creative problem-solving, and a laser focus on business impact. The team leverages modern technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS, and integrates cutting-edge AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Github Copilot to supercharge development velocity.

Resposibilities

  • Build and ship new features across the full-stack, taking end-to-end ownership of product features.

  • Solve complex, mission-critical problems for a diverse range of enterprise customers.

  • Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and DevOps to maintain a high standard of engineering excellence.

  • Proactively experiment with and adopt AI productivity tools, contributing ideas to improve engineering and product velocity.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure rapid, pragmatic, and high-quality software delivery.

Requirments

  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development.

  • Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and full-stack development with Node.js and React.

  • Strong experience with PostgreSQL and cloud platforms, ideally AWS.

  • Proven experience shipping B2B SaaS software in a production environment.

  • A problem-solving mindset with a high degree of accountability and a passion for owning outcomes.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, and capable of driving projects forward.

  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
