Resposibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage Building Information Modelling (BIM) standards and best practices.

  • Lead the creation and maintenance of BIM models for various architectural projects.

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM data.

  • Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues within BIM models.

  • Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and workflows.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.

  • Prepare and manage project documentation and deliverables in accordance with BIM execution plans.

Requirments

  • Proven experience as a BIM Architect or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

  • Solid understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and building codes.

  • Experience with BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Fluency in English is essential.
