For our Client, a leading European technology company and a top-tier partner within the Microsoft ecosystem, we are seeking a skilled specialist to join the Delivery department. The company specializes in accelerating digital transformation for businesses by leveraging cloud solutions, data analytics, and modern collaborative tools.

Resposibilities

  • Participating actively in the implementation and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for diverse business clients.

  • Configuring and extending the standard functionalities of Dynamics 365, including the creation of both standard and custom objects.

  • Designing and implementing integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems to ensure seamless data flow.

  • Developing and maintaining applications using the Power Platform stack (Power Apps, Power Automate) to support business processes.

  • Preparing comprehensive technical documentation for implemented solutions and project milestones.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of development practices and architectural standards.

Requirments

  • Several years of professional experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of configuration and customisation within the Dynamics 365 environment.

  • Strong programming skills, specifically in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and JQuery.

  • Proven experience in building solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

  • Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems.

  • Ability to create clear and concise project documentation.

  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Familiarity with code review processes and maintaining code quality.

  • Experience in mentoring junior team members or conducting technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
