Resposibilities
  • Data Management & Analysis: Executing the full cycle of HR data processing, including the creation, analysis, interpretation, and professional presentation of key workforce metrics.

  • HRIS Optimization: Managing and developing reporting solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors environment, specifically utilizing Canvas Reports and Table Reports.

  • Global Collaboration: Providing expert support for HRIS-related queries and collaborating closely with global stakeholders to ensure reporting consistency.

  • Insights & Reporting: Delivering actionable insights through comprehensive reports that support various business units in achieving their strategic HR goals.

  • Process Improvement: Actively participating in the enhancement of data collection methodologies to ensure the highest standards of reporting accuracy.

Requirments
  • Professional Experience: Proven track record in HR data analysis and reporting, preferably within a multinational corporate structure.

  • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors (specifically Canvas and Table reporting modules).

  • Software Literacy: Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex data sets; experience with Power BI or Crystal Reports will be considered a significant advantage.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (C1 level) is mandatory, as the role involves daily communication and work exclusively in this language.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional, international teams and present data findings clearly to diverse audiences.
