Our Client is a leading European technology integrator and professional software house with nearly 20 years of experience in driving digital transformation. As a certified global partner for top-tier enterprise software providers, they specialise in complex IT implementations, cloud migrations, and bespoke web solutions for ambitious organisations worldwide. The company operates as a "Vision Architect," blending deep business consulting expertise with advanced technical engineering. With a strong presence across Europe, Australia, and the MENA region, they support diverse industries—from automotive and energy to high-tech and manufacturing—helping them optimise business workflows through innovative SaaS and Cloud-native applications.
Resposibilities
Active Market Penetration: This is a pure Hunter role focused on identifying, prospecting, and closing new large-scale project opportunities within the UK and Scandinavia.
Project Sales Leadership: Managing complex, high-value sales cycles for end-to-end software development and cloud transformation projects (full project delivery, not body leasing).
Strategic Prospecting: Independently conducting market research and cold outreach to build a robust pipeline of potential clients within the Web & Cloud domains.
Consultative Selling: Engaging with C-level stakeholders to solve business problems by proposing sophisticated, tailor-made technological ecosystems.
New Logo Acquisition: Driving the entire sales process from the first point of contact to final contract negotiation and closing.
Collaboration: Partnering with technical architects and delivery leads to ensure that the proposed solutions are both innovative and feasible.
Requirments
Confirmed Hunter Mindset: You must be a true Hunter, not a Farmer. We are looking for someone who thrives on acquiring new logos and conquering new territories rather than managing existing accounts.
Regional Expertise: Extensive experience and a strong professional network in Western Europe, specifically in the UK and Scandinavian markets.
Complex Project Sales: A proven track record of selling complete, high-ticket IT projects (Web, Cloud, SaaS) and delivering value-based solutions.
Relentless Drive: A self-starter with the resilience to work autonomously and the tenacity to consistently hit targets in a competitive international environment.
Exceptional Communication: Fluent English (C1/C2) is mandatory, with the ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level.
Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel frequently to meet prospective clients in the UK and Nordic regions (up to 50% of the time).
