As a recognized specialist in the automotive, industrial, and public sectors, they provide high-end business software solutions to ambitious organizations worldwide. The company is known for its "Solution Maker" approach, combining deep technical expertise with a partnership-driven strategy to solve intricate business challenges.
Currently, our Client is expanding its SAP Consulting department to support large-scale implementation and migration projects (including S/4HANA transitions) for prestigious partners across Europe and beyond. You will join a team of top-tier experts where quality, knowledge sharing, and professional growth are core values.
Resposibilities
Leading and executing comprehensive implementation and development projects within the SAP FI-FM and PSCD modules.
Designing and architecting advanced business solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients in the public and financial sectors.
Conducting in-depth business process analysis and providing strategic technological advice to optimize financial workflows.
Managing client relationships and serving as a key point of contact for functional requirements and system configuration.
Providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Supporting the pre-sales process and participating in the preparation of project documentation and functional specifications
Requirments
At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP consulting with a strong focus on FI (Financial Accounting) and FM (Funds Management).
Proven track record in implementing and configuring the SAP PSCD (Public Sector Collection and Disbursement) module.
Practical experience in at least two full-lifecycle implementation or transformation projects in a lead consultant role.
Strong understanding of business processes in the public sector or large financial institutions.
Fluency in English and Polish (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with international stakeholders.
Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Readiness for occasional business travel (approximately 10-20% of the time) as required by project needs.
Nice to have:
Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and Fiori technology.
SAP certifications in relevant modules.
Knowledge of the German language.
