Due to this dynamic growth and the launch of a pivotal, international implementation for a leading player in the retail enterprise sector, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for comprehensively managing complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) implementation projects for key enterprise clients, with a strong focus on the retail industry. You will be a crucial individual responsible for project success, from planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality solutions. This is a unique opportunity to participate in an international implementation that will significantly impact our partners' business development.

 

Responsibilities:

​

• End-to-end Project Management: Full responsibility for the entire lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects, from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control, to closure.

• Enterprise Client Collaboration: Close cooperation with the client at all project stages, building lasting relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.

• Retail Industry Implementations: Specialised experience in leading F&O implementation projects for retail clients, understanding the specifics of business processes in this sector.

• Project Team Management: Effective management of an interdisciplinary team of consultants and developers, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and resolving issues.

• Risk and Change Management: Identification, assessment, and management of project risks, and effective management of project scope and changes.

• Communication: Ensuring smooth and transparent communication within the project team and with all project stakeholders (client, management, vendors).

• Budget and Schedule: Control over project budget and schedule, striving to achieve goals within defined frameworks.

• Quality Assurance: Ensuring the high quality of delivered solutions and adherence to best practices.

• Reporting: Regular reporting on project progress to company management and the client.

 

Requirments:

​

• +10  years of experience in managing ERP system implementation projects, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O).

• Essential experience leading implementation projects from the perspective of projects for external clients

• Proven experience in delivering large, multi-faceted implementations for enterprise clients, with complex structures and intricate processes.

• Excellent knowledge of business processes within the retail industry and experience with F&O implementations in this sector.

• Communicative level of English, native Polish

• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies.

• Superior communication skills, ability to build relationships, and negotiation prowess.

• Self-reliance, proactivity, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
