​For our client – a fast-growing technology integrator and consultancy firm specialising in secure cloud environments, infrastructure services, and cybersecurity – we are currently recruiting an experienced and highly motivated Sales Director to lead the business development efforts in the cybersecurity domain.

Responsibilities:

Building and nurturing long-term relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.

Actively driving the sales process for cybersecurity services and solutions.

Identifying client needs and delivering tailored, high-impact security solutions.

Leading client meetings and presenting customised value propositions.

Preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and overseeing project execution.

Managing and achieving sales targets for the cybersecurity division.

Monitoring sales performance and recommending optimisation strategies.

Representing the company with professionalism and reinforcing a positive brand image.

Building, managing, and inspiring a high-performing sales team.
Requirments:

A deep understanding of the IT industry with hands-on expertise in cybersecurity solutions.

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in IT and cybersecurity offerings.

Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and drive for achieving ambitious goals.

Experience in leading and developing sales teams.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Professional working proficiency in English.
