​For our client – a fast-growing technology integrator and consultancy firm specialising in secure cloud environments, infrastructure services, and cybersecurity – we are currently recruiting an experienced and highly motivated Sales Director to lead the business development efforts in the cybersecurity domain.

Responsibilities:

​

• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Actively driving the sales process for cybersecurity services and solutions.

• Identifying client needs and delivering tailored, high-impact security solutions.

• Leading client meetings and presenting customised value propositions.

• Preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and overseeing project execution.

• Managing and achieving sales targets for the cybersecurity division.

• Monitoring sales performance and recommending optimisation strategies.

• Representing the company with professionalism and reinforcing a positive brand image.

• Building, managing, and inspiring a high-performing sales team.

 

Requirments:

• A deep understanding of the IT industry with hands-on expertise in cybersecurity solutions.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in IT and cybersecurity offerings.

• Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and drive for achieving ambitious goals.

• Experience in leading and developing sales teams.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Professional working proficiency in English.
