For our client – a fast-growing technology integrator and consultancy firm specialising in secure cloud environments, infrastructure services, and cybersecurity – we are currently recruiting an experienced and highly motivated Sales Director to lead the business development efforts in the cybersecurity domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the cloud sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets

  • Built, coach, and inspire a results‑driven sales team of managers and account executives

  • ​​​​Develop and maintain strategic client partnerships to maximize satisfaction and retention

  • Oversee the end‑to‑end sales process—from pipeline development to contract negotiation and closure

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to shape tailored solution offerings

  • Monitor sales performance metrics; implement data‑driven optimization initiatives

  • Lead high‑impact client presentations, RFP responses, and executive briefings

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with delivery, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless service execution

  • Uphold and enhance the client’s brand reputation in the market

Requirments:

  • 5+ years of senior B2B IT sales leadership experience, with a focus on Microsoft Cloud (Microsoft 365, Security, Azure, Data & AI)

  • Proven track record of scaling sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets

  • Deep expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies and cybersecurity best practices

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and goal orientation

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
